Coach O’Neil will enter his sixth year as the Lady Lions head coach, following a championship season where he led Linfield to its first girls basketball CIF championship in school history. Coach O’Neil’s coaching philosophy is simple: “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”

As a player, Coach O’Neil played Division I basketball at Florida Gulf Coast. He continued his career in the NBA D-League with the Bakersfield Jam.

Coach O’Neil works as the CEO of the basketball club Prospects on Deck. He is married to his wife Lauren and together they have three sons: Devin, Deon, and Dallas.
