Athletics is thrilled to offer numerous sports to middle school student-athletes. Our goal is to give student-athletes the opportunity to try multiple sports, and allow them to compete in overlapping sports seasons, especially in the sports that do not conflict in high school.

Athletic Clearance
ATHLETIC CLEARANCE FORM
Complete the Athletic Clearance form on MyLinfield. Simply login to the student-athlete’s account and click on the Athletic Clearance banner to get started.
SPORTS PHYSICAL EXAM
A current physical is required and is valid for one year from the date of the exam. The physical form can either be submitted via email to sportsphysical@linfield.com or brought into the Athletic office.
Schedules
Schedules can be found in two places:
- MyLinfield Calendar – Games, Practices, Dismissal and Depart Times, Game Locations and Addresses, and Game Changes
- “Calendar” Tab on www.linfieldsports.com – Game schedule only with date, time, and opponent.
Transportation
Transportation is the responsibility of the student-athletes’ parents in partnership with Linfield Christian Athletics. A coach or team parent may help facilitate transportation by coordinating rides. Parents MUST be Linfield approved drivers in order to drive student-athletes other than their own.
Approved driver information must be renewed EACH school year.
