HIGH SCHOOL

HIGH SCHOOL

Emily Coit

“Emily Coit is a joy to coach as she possesses a desire to compete that cannot be taught. Her hard work is contagious and she is always pushing her teammates to improve. She plays center midfield for the Lions and is constantly involved in the game. This season she has already tallied 6 goals and 2 assists. Her contribution to this season goes far beyond what statistics could ever communicate and I am grateful that she is a part of our program. “ – Coach Angela Brown

HIGH SCHOOL

Skyler Esquivel

Skyler is the first in and the last out of the gym, diligent in working on his game and demonstrating his enthusiasm for the team. He brings leadership, teamwork and intensity to the team as he has led our team chant at just about the beginning and close of every practice. He hustles hard and listens to learn. Skyler consistently works on his game and is always asking the coaching staff about his performance and what expectations we have for him. We are really proud of his progress and commitment to excellence. His noble mindedness is admirable and exemplifies the mindset and attitude that is important for the growth of our program. God is doing real work in his life and we are honored to have him as part of our program and look forward to his future growth as a Lion.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Jessica Huang

How do you play softball without a catcher? The answer is Jessica Huang. Jessica volunteered to play the toughest position, catcher, without having any experience at that position. Jessica is our only 8th grader on the team and has showed great leadership and a willingness to do whatever the team needs her to do. The Lady Lions are blessed to have her on the team this season.

Nate Crater

Nate Crater has been a tremendous player for the middle school baseball team this season. He has played multiple positions on the field, wherever the team needs him most at different times, and also is a positive example to his teammates. Nate also leads the team in batting average and RBI's.
